A story about The Mules appeared in The Atlantic. The author had crossed paths with John (“Mule”) and his three animal companions and thought it would be a good story. He also interviewed me and Sharon Sherman, an attorney who was helping with some legal matters. The 3 Mules Facebook page, which I had started and was administrating at that time, exploded with 20,000 “likes” in one day!
