When The Mules travel into a community, they put delighted smiles on many faces, often followed by the comment, “That’s something you don’t see every day!” Some people, however, are concerned about the health of the animals. These well-meaning citizens contact law enforcement, either animal control or local police. Sometimes both agencies get involved. The woman in this video clip gave me permission to film her, but I’m blurring her face to protect her privacy.
